Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please submit your complaint in writing to:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, you may escalate your complaint to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
