Ece Yilmaz Consultancy provides UK immigration advisory services in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. All services are offered strictly on a legal guidance basis unless full representation is agreed separately in writing.

Scope of Services

Initial assessments, paid legal enquiries, online consultations, and eligibility reviews provide written legal guidance only. These services do not include preparation or submission of visa applications, sponsor licence applications, or endorsement applications unless expressly agreed.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the UK Home Office. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Fees & Refunds

All fees are payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Advice is based solely on information supplied by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Ece Yilmaz Consultancy shall not be liable for adverse immigration outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
