- Child or grandchild under 21
- Dependent child over 21
- Dependent parent or grandparent
Key Requirements
- Proof of family relationship
- Evidence the relationship existed before 31 December 2020 (in most cases)
- Sponsor’s EUSS status
- Evidence of dependency (if applicable)
Stay & Fee
- Permit validity: usually 6 months
- Must apply for Pre-Settled or Settled Status after arrival
- Free of charge
