High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa

A UK route for recent graduates from top global universities. Allows talented graduates to come to the UK and work without employer sponsorship. Particularly attractive for early-career professionals seeking flexibility, though it does not lead to settlement on its own.

Who Can Apply?

  • Awarded a degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD) within the last 5 years
  • Degree from a university on the official Global Universities List
  • Qualification equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Sufficient maintenance funds
  • English language requirement met
  • Aged 18 or over

You Do NOT Need

  • A job offer
  • A Sponsor Licence
  • UK work experience

  • Validity: 2 years (BA/MA), 3 years (PhD)
