Who Can Apply?

  • Parent of a child under 18
  • Child must be British or settled
  • Applicant must have direct access rights or parental responsibility

Requirements

  • No fixed income threshold, but must show ability to maintain without public funds
  • A2 English (B1 for ILR)

Stay Duration

  • 2.5 years per grant
  • Extendable
  • ILR after 5 years (subject to reforms)
